From the beginning it was clear that Marcis was a natural, confident leader who was able to delegate and take the lead, often in very complex situations. He is a strategic thinker and is able to develop interesting insights across a variety of topics. Marcis is able to connect with diverse groups of people on all levels. He initiated an online donation project during the course and as a team leader was very proactive, driven, supportive and positive. Marcis has a great sense of humor and became a very good friend to many of us!
