Marcio Lima was always the utmost professional and dedicated team member. He is a constantly hard working individual who strives for perfection when it comes to understanding his clients expectations and exceeding them. At my time spent at VUP Media with him, he also showed me the basics of Photoshop as well as some advanced techniques used on a daily basis. Even though we have both moved on, I continue to use some of those skills he has taught me and am grateful to him to have helped me in my professional development. He is an examplary team player and he was always willing to help others on projects teach those who would benefit from his knowledge.
