Miałem ogromną przyjemność pracować z Marcinem w dwóch zespołach Scrumowych, wytwarzających oprogramowanie oraz aplikację mobilną dla uczelni wyższych. Rekrutowałem Marcina do naszej firmy, w momencie jego zmiany ścieżki zawodowej na Testera i już wtedy dostrzegłem ogromny potencjał, jakim dysponował. Przeczucie mnie nie zawiodło, ponieważ Marcin jest doskonałym Testerem. Skrupulatnym, zaangażowanym, chętnie poszerzającym swoją wiedzę oraz odpowiedzialnym i odważnym. Powierzając mu zadania do testowania, zespół miał pewność, że testy zostaną wykonane perfekcyjnie, a wszystkie błędy zostaną znalezione. Dzięki jego wcześniejszemu doświadczeniu zawodowemu jako Manager, Marcin wniósł do zespołu duży spokój, opanowanie i otwartość na innych.
