  I conduct scientific research in the field of archivistics and records management, with particular emphasis on: - history of records management in Poland and abroad (especially in the United States and Great Britain), - organization of the administration in accordance with the principles of Henri Fayol, - office management in the context of administration and the state system, - modern technologies used in offices and in-house archives (EDMS/ERMS/ECM systems). I am a member of the faculty promotion team, in which I am responsible for the preparation and implementation of a strategy for the use of new media. Show less
