Sam Lad
Marcin is a very talented developer, architect, and team lead. He's a real team player who really adds massive value to a project team. He's very supportive to the team and is very easy to get along with. You can have a bit of fun with Marcin which is something I really value in a person but he strikes the perfect balance when it's time to be a bit more serious. During the time we were working on upgrading BookATables payment flows to make them SCA compliant I worked very closely with Marcin on ensuring our new API's would serve the requirements his team had, it was very easy to collaborate with him and he was very accommodating and came up with some very good ideas. He's a natural problem solver who I've yet to see him not come up with a viable solution to a problem.

Marcin was part of team working on E-tiq project in our company. He is proactive, open for discussion and keen to find solution contributor. At some point in time he was responsible for integration of E-tiq project with our cloud solution and even this was above pure software development he still manage to cover discussion between teams and build extension on E-tiq fallowing company standard. I believe that Marcin make's great addition to any team.
