Marcin was my direct supervisor since December 2019. Previously being part of my team he proved himself to be a great team player excelling in analytical thinking always keen on helping his team and company thrive. When he got promoted he showed himself to be a great leader encouraging his subordinates to develop new skills and bring new ideas to improve our work as a team. When we started working remotely during lockdown caused by COV_19 outbreak he stepped in and helped his team deal with work over-load and made a lot of effort to keep the team's spirit up in this difficult and challenging time. As a part of the team he supervised I always felt appreciated and encouraged even in the most difficult situations.
