Range of duties: management of Research & Development Department (about 130 high qualified engineers) which focuses on:- military radiocommunication and security areas of interest- development of high quality military products (with required quality e.g. AQAP 2110, 2210) with documentation allowing serial production - participation in national, multinational and internal R&D projects/programs- involvement in technical working groups (NATO, WINFF, CWIX, etc.)

Range of duties: management of Systems Design Division which focuses on design and implementation of military radio communication solutions, project management and software development management activities in international program (ESSOR), national program (GUARANA) and RADMOR internal projects, system engineering team leader.

Range of duties: project management activities in international program (ESSOR), management of software development activities for military communication solutions, system engineering team leader.

Range of duties: design and implementation of solutions (mainly in C/C++) for Software Defined Radio (SDR) taking into account Software Communication Architecture (SCA), software and system testing.

Range of duties: development of applications for radio equipment (civilian and military), projecting of radio communication systems e.g. TETRA/MPT.
