Michal Nowak
Marcin is an engineering leader that combines three important qualities. As a former engineer, he has an excellent grasp of software engineering principles and practices. On top of that, he is extremely knowledgable in building effective, agile teams. He understands how to implement agile processes and practices on both team level but also on the portfolio planning level. Finally, Marcin's third superpower is leadership skills.
