Marcin is an engineering leader that combines three important qualities. As a former engineer, he has an excellent grasp of software engineering principles and practices. On top of that, he is extremely knowledgable in building effective, agile teams. He understands how to implement agile processes and practices on both team level but also on the portfolio planning level. Finally, Marcin's third superpower is leadership skills. He is an effective communicator that understands how to build strong relationships, motivate teams, and grow people to reach new heights. I was fortunate to work for over three years with Marcin, and I watched him successfully run large cross-team initiatives, designing lightweight, engineering friendly processes and successfully transforming 50 people team into a well-rounded delivery machine.

I have been working with Marcin for over 1,5 years. From my perspective (senior qa, and later engineering manager) - Marcin, in a role of Scrum Master, was instrumental to my daily work.Throughout this time Marcin was always available for my team - helping organise processes, making more effective meetings, defining strategies for personal development.Marcin was helping me to build relations with teams we were depending on or who depended on us.
