Marcin is a natural leader and problem solver, easily identifying and proposing solutions to any road bumps that the team hits along the way. He is friendly, easy to get along with, well-liked by our clients and respected by his co-workers. Marcin is always thoughtful and considerate, an excellent team player who can also work independently and do a fantastic job. It was a great experience and time spent working together, hopefully our paths will cross again in the near future.

Kristoffer Nørby Sørensen

I had the pleasure of hiring Marcin I late 2016. First as a student worker and later as a full time employee in 2017, working with him for nearly 3 years as his manager. From his first assignments, Marcin quickly showed commitment and high output. After months he was working as a well experienced developer with super high performance. You can throw any task on Marcin and he will get it fixed. He is a DO’er by heart and can with his creativity and knowledge make great solutions as well as fixing problems. He is always interested in new tech and do a really good job to implement better technologies in your tech stack. Marcin is good at taking responsibility and acts with great urgency should things not be working or if tasks are of extra high importance. As a working pattern I would call Marcins approach very structured and well organized. I think that is rarely combined with the high output that Marcin delivers. On the personal level Marcin is a very calm and collected person. He is very cooperative, but can easily work on his own. Marcin also cares about people and was therefore a very liked by his colleagues and still is I reckon. Humor is also a quality of Marcin, and he makes a good effort to keep the smiles of everybody in the office. I can only give Marcin my highest recommendation. Both on a personal as well as professional level - he has been excellent.
