  In 2011, Governor Snyder approved a $100 million appropriation to be used for economic and community development projects administered by the MEDC. This new program replaces the MEGA, brownfield and historic tax credits under the former MBT structure. In this role, I am responsible for negotiating discretionary state or federal incentives with businesses that plan to grow, creating more and better jobs in Michigan and make new capital investments.
