  When FCS was acquired by Bidvest Noonan I was promoted to (solely) Area Manager in June 2020 (having been jointly Area Supervisor & Site Manager for FCS, since June 2018). Being an Area Supervisor and Site Manager at Cineworld Crawley for almost 2 years, running around 68 sites, managing and leading up to 85 staff, I was then promoted to Area Manager in June 2020 and am currently responsible for all operational aspects ensuring the smooth day-day-running for 25 (of the aforementioned 68) sites. My current responsibilities include: - payroll holidays, leavers and working irregular hours, whenever business need/s dictate. This leadership role included selecting the right candidates from Interviews that meet the high standards our company expects. I therefore trained and completed staff inductions following the procedure and guidance to guarantee the new staff would be capable to provide the best service in a safe and secure way for the company needs.
