• March 6, 2017 - Nov. 8, 2022 I worked for 5+ years as a legal assistant for Atty. Christine Eisenmann Knudtson. This entailed secretarial work, reception work, scheduling, document drafting, accounting, customer service, organization, multi-tasking, electronic court filing and much more. This office used CLIO and Lawpay software for document and file management as well as credit card payments. • Helped customers place classified line and display (employment) ads in the Daily News (West Bend), the Washington County Post, the Times Press (Hartford), the News Graphic (Ozaukee County), the Ozaukee Guide, the Waukesha Freeman, the Oconomowoc Enterprise and the Milwaukee Post. Initially worked part time in this position as well as back up to the legal department.





• Oversaw the production of and did the design for a monthly magazine for the Columbia Club. I also did design work from initial business identity design to marketing and advertising for local, regional, national and international clients. I saw jobs through from concept to completion.



• I did graphic design for this print shops clientele as well as promotional design for Rapid Repro. I handled bulk mailing operations for them as well.



• I did counter sales of copies and printing for mainly Ball State University clients and local attorneys in Muncie Indiana. I was in charge of following up on accounts receivable as well. I did basic bindery and copy productions, as well as limited design work while going to Ball State to get my degree.



• I did typesetting with an ITEC typesetter, paste up, bindery, bulk mailing, camera work and pre-press production for Printing Creations. I was in charge of monthly newsletter/promotions to all of our clients. I was also in charge of ad specialty sales, thermography printing, special ocassion invitation printing with Carlson Craft and inside sales for our print clients.
