Hospitality truly is my heart and soul. My only regret is that I had not discovered it sooner! I am very privileged to have been able to help open 2 new Marriott hotels, and now am Managing a Best Western Plus. My career has only just begun. I am looking forward to many, many more years of making people happy and providing outstanding customer service, not only to our guest's, but also for our employee's. Hospitality truly is my heart and soul. My only regret is that I had not discovered it sooner! I am very privileged to have been able to help open 2 new Marriott hotels, and now am Managing a Best Western Plus. My career has only just begun.
