As Director of Design and Production I managed and supported team members across the organization. I encouraged optimized web solutions and helped to problem solve and strategize client website needs within the Aurora CMS framework. I've learned to prioritize, organize and multi-task daily operations. My responsibilities also included hiring, training and on-boarding of new staff. I've helped to develop and create production workflow, strategize business operations and product development. I'm always searching for ways to improve efficiency. I believe that the people I helped to support everyday are truly amazing and talented. Show less

Motion Graphics Designer
-
Sep 2006 - Dec 2011
I produced motion design layouts and wrote copy for on screen movie advertisements. At any given time I worked with up to 50 clients and controlled all elements of their ad production from start to finish. Layouts of on screen ads were based on client expectations and available space. A wide degree of creativity and latitude was a part of my everyday job. I even moonlighted as a voice talent at UniqueScreen Media -- with the help of my now, husband.
