Mrs. Sherman is an outstanding "people person". Her rapport and understanding of people's needs are what set her apart. She is also very intuitive and can read underlying motives quickly. Mrs. Sherman is extremely resourceful and proud of the work she does. I'd recommend her for any team interested in establishing professional relationships, improving customer service, or strategic planning of any sort.

I had the pleasure of working with Marci during the 15 years I served as a Board Member and 2 years as President of the Suffolk Y JCC. Many of the wonderful programs developed during that period were created and/or managed by Marci. She directly managed a large part of our staff and interfaced with and solved problems for many of our thousands of members. She also demonstrates excellent presentation skills as evidenced by her regular program reports to the Board of Directors. Marci is a skilled and creative manager and hard worker and is highly recommended.
