As part of a team, I am responsible for the Tier 3 support level as well as planning, developing and implementing network projects for metropolitan networks to connect high education institutions with high-speed connectivity across the state of Pernambuco - Brazil. As part of a team, I was responsible for the local network in the company, implementing and managing all network devices and servers (Linux and Windows) as well as providing tear 3 support level for RNP - Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa, planning, developing and implementing network projects for metropolitan networks to connect high education institutions with high-speed connectivity across the city and the state of Pernambuco.

As a trainee, I was responsible to assist the System Administrators to monitor, configure and install/implement network services in the company such as Email, DNS, www, firewall, database, proxy, network monitoring systems (Cacti, Weathermap, Nagios).
