  ➤ Conducted Deep Dives of 4 foreign companies with investment potential in the six regions outside the Greater Metropolitan Area of Costa Rica to determine its feasibility in various sectors. ➤ Prepared a list of 50 companies with investment potential in the regions outside the Greater Metropolitan Area of Costa Rica. ➤ Collaborated in the preparation of a proposal to modernize the regulatory framework and procedures of Costa Rica's Advance Ruling system. ➤ Compiled fiscal and non-fiscal incentives applied by other countries in the fisheries, aquaculture, and mariculture industries to determine which ones can be implemented in Costa Rica to promote them. ➤ Conducted a study of the regulatory requirements on front-of-package labeling for the case of Duty-Free shops in Brazil, Chile, and Peru. ➤ Contributed to the analysis of the tariff codes excluded from the Free Trade Agreements of the Central American countries with Chile to determine the convergence potential between them. ➤ Collaborated, as part of a Time Release Study, in the elaboration of maps summarizing the definitive export and definitive import processes at the Moín Container Terminal. ➤ Conducted research of the countries that have implemented customs remote inspections. ➤ Coordinated a research and feasibility study of more than 40 companies to enter the Duty Drawback Regime. ➤ Compiled fiscal and non-fiscal incentives applied by Costa Rica in the agricultural sector, in addition to those related to R&D in other countries.
