  I cofounded Prossima Isola in 2008. Prossima Isola is a romantic dream, the idea to develop a digital business in the place where I was born. Since 2008, Prossima Isola has been recognized as a very innovative company, a company that is always building new web and mobile products and services (whereisnow.com, among others, who gave me also the possibility to spend a period in Silicon Valley). During the first 6 years of the company, we worked for important clients in the entertainment, automotive and bank sectors both in Italy and abroad (Swiss, England, India). Since 2014, with the acquisition of Mentefredda s.r.l., the focus of the company has been on digital services for the tourism sector, bringing up an IT & Marketing proprietary platform to implement innovative ecommerce solutions for hotels, SPA, theme parks, airports, rental services and so on. I'm currently also the head of IT digital. I coordinate the team in the development of the CMS, Data analytics tool, marketing automation tool, RMS (Revenue Management System), and all the other features of our proprietary ecommerce platform, daily supporting the Marketing & Sales team on bringing on new opportunities, ideas and clients. I planned and put into production a cloud solution to host all the websites of our clients, first managing Docker on bare metal and then moving to Kubernetes on Google Cloud.

  Consultant for SERIN (Lugano, Swiss) 1. Cornèr Banca: (Nov 2004–May 2006) Split of Acquirer Processes. Development of the new management application for the CreditCard (Visa, Mastercard) systems of the acquirer Cornèr Banca SA Analysis, design and develop of the porting process of applications from MainFrame environment to a Client/Server architecture. I had been the software analyst responsible of the development of the new Data Input process. This activity allowed Cornèr Banca to sell acquirer business to Aduno. 2. Aduno (Jun 2006 - February 2008) Design of new processes and maintenance of actually used applications. Goals: add new very important clients and provider DCC, improve Interchange Fee Management, sql2005 database migration.
