I worked for KLM's Operational Excellence where I also wrote my master thesis "In pursuit of ambidexterity - The case of KLM". The project aimed at producing a set of visualisations that reflect the unique way of working that enables KLM to continuously innovate, while keeping up perfect operations. The main outcome of the graduation project is "KLM's Model of continuous improvement", which depicts the company's effort to coordinate different expertise to consistently deliver an excellent service to the passengers.
