  I'm Marcello Botha qualified Electrician currently working Sibanye Stillwater Limpopo (Potgietersrus South Africa). I have 21 Years’ experience since qualification. Experience on winders, Sulzer pumps, Substations, Booster fans ,Conveyor belts, Electrical protection and HT switchgears Switching 132kv, MV Switching from 6.6kv up to 44kv,3 and a half years PLC, DCS, Boilers,Precip and Turbine Experience, I also relieved as Supervisor (Electrical Forman),Worked at Driefontein Gold Mine as a Winder and Shaft Electrician. I also have 4 years’ experience working in the paper company Sappi Ngodwana Mill near Nelspruit South Africa. My duties at Sappi Ngodwana Mill were the following. - Compliance to daily plan - Section Checks - Report plant defects and/or abnormalities - Comply with routable procedure - Basic welding and cutting - Gasket cutting - Remove and replace electrical equipment - Lubrication - Deep dive inspections - Basic Rigging - Basic fitting - Electrical isolation's and resets (Switching on HT 6600v and 11000v on overhead lines on Sappi's Farm ) - Plant specific equipment maintenance e.g. DC motor inspections and maintenance, bucket changes( electrical starters with simocode protection) ect. - Provide feedback on schedules ( PM03, 04, 08 ) content applicable - Provide feedback on BOM accuracy - Participate in RCA and MSG3 process - Attend maintenance SBT meetings - Report Risks to the foreman - Enter feedback on notifications ( SAP) - Hand plant back to Shift Superintendent - Submit complete works orders to foreman ( Hard copy) - Report plant defects and/ or abnormalities I also have 15 years of mining experience. Worked at Driefontein Gold Mine as a Winder and Shaft Electrician. I've done several HT switching courses.
