Marcela is a remarkable professional. As Head of Professional Qualification Department, Marcela was in charge of developing policies to enhance the workability of São Paulo working force. In order to do so, her intellectual skills and focus on delivering amazing results were highly demanded due to the complex challenges and stakeholders. I was amazed by her progress in so little time just as the rest of the team making her one of the most respected people at the Secretary. That's why I strongly endorse Marcela and I look forward to working with her again.
