      For 9 months I worked on definitions and implementations for the Evoltis group technology team, based on the 3 pillars of digital transformation: people, processes and tools. Regarding people, I worked with a team of 35 professionals who were trained in agile methodologies, soft skills, software development processes, cloud technologies and we defined an organizational structure of inverted pyramid focused on the client. Regarding processes, I collaborated in the definition and implementation of an agile IT project management system defining a methodology based on Scrum, Kanban and taking the best practices of Design Thinking and LEAN to carry out activities. With regard to tools, I have managed to implement for project management (JIRA), for code storage (Bitbucket) and for the storage of information (Sharepoint, Teams) allowing teams to work remotely, unifying both storage and comunication criteria.
