Worked closely with governments in the design of long-term decarbonization strategies and approaches to align public finances to climate goals, including through fiscal policy, public budgeting, and public investment planning. Part of the team that delivered the first IDB's Decarbonization Policy Based Loan, and developed an institutional framework to consolidate NDC INVEST, the MDB largest program to support countries with the implementation of the Paris Agreement.
