Working with the Board, developed a strategic plan for revitalizing the chapter. Developed member experience attributes and aligned all touch points to meet heightened standards. Implemented new sponsorship program to deliver more value for funds invested in the chapter and expanded sponsorship offerings to enhance revenue stream. Set content and event objectives as well as plan, develop and administer educational programs and training opportunities for chapter members. Created programing and content to engage corporate constituents through affinity groups. Measure of success using ACG Global Annual Metrics: Raised Cincinnati Chapter to #5 out of 57 in number of corporate members; Top 15 in Member Retention Rate; Top 20 in Membership Rank; Chapter Marketing ranked at 100%.
