Damon Payne

Marc came into Edgenet, where we have extremely complicated and interconnected database systems, and was adding value by the end of his second day. He has continued to work with myself and a variety of business analysts and software developers to slay dragon after dragon. He's been a big part of helping to document our processes and somehow manages to give everything he touches a tune up. Not just an SQL developer, Marc expressed interest in learning more about the other side of software engineering, and is now able to do full-stack web development with the appropriate testing chops you'd want in a mid level C#/JS web developer. While Marc will sometimes apologize for the way he engages people and situations directly, that's a perfect fit for Edgenet's culture. Marc's excellent attitude combined with his skills has made him a popular member of my team that everyone wants to poach for their projects.
