Epic Tester / Support Desk
-
Feb 2015 - Apr 2015
Responsible for testing various functions within the Epic application in a clinical environment, mostly pertaining to printing. At the tail end of the contract I transitioned into a level 1 service desk position where I helped support end users with issues they had in the newly implemented Epic system, primarily routing them to the team that would be able to help them most effectively as well as filling out tickets to resolve deeper issues.
