Handled all of the financials and streamlined operations of the fraternity, including but not limited to; Set the budget for business and social events, philanthropy, and more. Reconciling Fraternity financial accounts I inherited the position when the Fraternity was already $12,000 in debt and seemingly had little hope to stay on campus. However, I was able to completely turn around the financial situation through county-wide fundraisers, partnerships, and wise money management. After my graduation, my replacement was left with $20,000 in the bank and $0 debts to be paid. Managed the in and outflow of over $400,000 Meticulous organization, keeping my colleagues accountable, and hundreds of hours of reconciliation in excel is what lead to my successful term as Treasurer.

Assisted the operations manager to identify bottlenecks, and increasee their capacity. Coordinated with the production manager to ensure all packaging materials were planned and accounted for in order to fulfill our customers’ needs. Helped to implement an inventory planning system that led to a notable decrease in purchasing mistakes and thousands of dollars in savings/ month.
