Marc is an extremely professional manager that conveys total ownership of his facility. Marc is effective in the financial budget preparation and daily management. Marc works closely with H.R. to establish efficient manpower forecasting that is extremely variable due to weekly changes in customer demand. Marc is knowledgeable and effective in the management of the Red Prairie WMS system including task interleaving and zoning. Marc also is very effective in developing, training, and implementing 5S in a facility. Marc's greatest strengths are twofold. He is extremely outgoing. He develops and conducts detailed presentations for customer tours of the facility. I never have a concern over his material and presentations in front of customers. Marc also builds a strong relationship with all the employees in the facility. He is very involved with them "hands on" and establishes a strong bond with everyone involved with him. Marc's teams are very aware of goals and very driven to achieve them all. It was a pleasure to have Marc on our team.
