Assembly and installation of NRG 60m tilt-up meteorological towers as well as re-sensoring of 80m fixed lattice towers used for wind resource assessment for future wind farms in remote locations in North America. Organized daily movements of over 20 vehicles for the transportation of patients, staff, cargo and pharmacy supplies to and from the refugee camps of Leitchuor, Itang, Matar, Pagack and the Gambella hospital to include movements for Cholera Vaccination Teams. Identified contractors, wrote contracts, and oversaw new construction projects such as the Fuel Transfer Station, building modifications/upgrades and numerous shelters as well administered services contracts such as for vehicle and driver rentals. Assisted Cholera Vaccination Teams logistically and in the modification of refrigeration systems required for the vaccination program in the Leitchuor and Itang areas. Installed electrical conductors from hospital main electrical panel/diesel generator and made connections to Cholera vaccination refrigerated truck. Supervised over 40 watchmen and 20 Drivers.
