I founded Oxatis to provide SMEs with the same tools that web giants have at their disposal to succeed in e-Commmerce. - Growth of 30%/year over the last 10 years from 1M€ to 16M€ ARR and from 20 employees in one country to 240 employees spread over 5 European countries, from 1.000 to 10.000 merchants on the platform from 30M€ to 1200M€ of platform turnover - 5 acquisitions (Actinic UK, Xopie Esp, Sage e-Commerce Fr, Powerboutique Fr, Channel Pilot Solutions Germany)in 4 countries, - 4 fundraising and an IPO on Euronext I remember: The chance to have exceptional employees, some of whom have been loyal for more than 20 years. To work in a constantly evolving field that requires constant questioning, to be at the head of a company that, while being an undisputed leader in a booming market, remains on a human scale. And, icing on the cake, to deliver a service that serves as a basis for hundreds of other entrepreneurs whose projects and successes I never tire of discovering. Show less

Co-founder - CEO

1997 - 2001
Back in 2001. With my team, we are creating one of the first three American e-commerce platforms for very small and medium-sized businesses. It is adopted by more than 10,000 customers at the time we sell to a publicly traded Canadian company. What I have learned: The American adventure, a different way of working together, a market whose size seems limitless, the way investors work, the fact that what matters is what people perceive of your product and not what your product is. In hindsight I realize that we were inventing with a few others what the business model of software would be 10 years later: SaaS. Show less

I founded DFL in Paris and became Managing Director of this service company with more than 25 engineers. The arrival of microcomputers in large companies offers opportunities that we quickly seize. We are developing strongly, without any external financing. I retain from it : At less than 25 years old, the discovery of hundreds of jobs practiced by our customers. The rigor involved in working for major accounts. The pleasure of building a team and a company with few means. Still at the benches of my engineering school, I develop the first planning software for PC: PLAN IT. More than 700 customers adopted this software and make it the market leader for 10 years with projects such as the square courtyard and the pyramid of the Louvres, the Bastide opera house, the Bercy finance ministry, the Arche de la Défense and numerous towers, dams in more than 15 countries around the world, line 14 of the Parisian metro and 80% of the TGV lines. The naivety of youth (I was then 20 years old)! It allows all the audacities: trying to write a software on your own while the world leader on large systems is called Lockheed Martin and supplied NASA, being convinced that all the major construction companies will use it and that all this will become reality.
