I was fortunate enough to work with Marc and his relentless energy during 2020 at Booking.com (I swear he’s invented a 25th hour)! Marc is extremely intelligent, analytical and curious which meant he was constantly questioning our solutions and mostly finding gaps and areas for improvement. In addition to this, Marc is tenacious, hardworking and persuasive which was integral to our team’s OKR successes in 2020 (especially migration activities which he coordinated) Marc is very commercially minded which means he was constantly aiding us with the cost/benefit decisions being made for our product focus. Marc will no doubt go from strength to strength in his career & hopefully our paths will cross again one day!
