Due to the short delivery times, some features available on the devices have not been extensively tested and a detailed quality control is needed to improve the user experience. - Analyse the Use Cases and the Services which are used to implement them Create a test plan: - Creation of a set of test scenario for each use case to test the functional, quality, user experience and security aspects - Define the pre-requirements for test scenarios (resources, accounts, etc) and the different environmental conditions (presence of the networks WIFI, 3G, ...) in which the scenarios have to be executed. - Define acceptance criteria - Plan the execution of the tests - Acceptance of the test plan Perform the test plan: - Execute the test cases according to the plan - Write a report of the test results and recommendations for improvement - Possible improvements of the use cases in order to maximize usability. - Global proposals for improving the overall service offered to mobile users.

Requests have been implemented into a patch or new version of the application. - Maintain the local Intranet and the application's help system and linked documents. - Provide both general trainings and personalised coaching sessions to WFS users. - Perform various administrative and technical tasks.
