What I really valued about Marc was he made it his business to understand our business, to work within the culture, with it's people; this enabled him to manage our relationship in a personal way that really supported the sales effort and supply chain (and me) to mutual benefit. Marc pushed hard for every product opportunity, driving Bushnell Sports Optics strategy in harmony with our own sales and marketing efforts.
