This role required extensive synthetic and analytical chemistry knowledge along with excellent team management, organizational, and communication skills. At the same time, proficiency in scientific writing was essential. My technical tasks in this position included catalytic and sensing studies on porphyrins as well as the development of new synthetic methods. I was involved in a multinational research collaboration (INITIO), acting as liaison between various scientists regarding sample analysis and data collection.
