· Responsible for the administration and troubleshooting of numerous physical servers and a comprehensive VMware and Hyper-V based environment. · Responsible for the administration and troubleshooting over 1200 client PCs, a large network of printers, and networking hardware at several satellite locations and Main Campus. · Provide remote support for our labs, classrooms and offices across Warren County. · Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy for desktops and servers. · Deploy operating systems, patches and updates to clients and servers across our extensive county- wide network via Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). · Configure Windows servers based on project specifications. · Configure and manage back-ups and disaster recovery for our Main Campus and Satellite servers. · Configure Network storage for Main Campus and Satellite staff and student data. · Management of Google Domain (Apps.mywccc.org) and over 1000 student Chromebooks. · Management of WCCC’s Moodle Learning Management System. · Assisted in the design and implementation of the Avaya Phone system. · Participation in design and management of new technology systems including the Avaya phone system, S2 Secure Access, Moodle, Chromebook 1:1 program, Google Apps Domain, WSUS, SCCM, Hyper-V. · Training of Staff and students on new software, hardware, LMS, etc. · Trained new department staff and interns on use of current hardware, software, systems and procedures. · Management of department time and resources to complete projects and work orders in a timely, efficient and cost–effective manner.
