  A training program of 2 years where I have to pass by all departments in the Hotel.-Started with Kitchen for 6 months where i passed by Butcher,Bakery,Pastry,Garde Manger before working for small periods in specialized kitchens like Japanese,Asian,Italian,Lebanese and Indian.-Passed by stewarding for 2 weeks where i performed the daily tasks of cleaning back areas,washing machines and equipment storage.-Learnt the basics of service by training as F&B waiter in most of the Hotel's outlets-Had a 10 days bars training where I had to study the different types of alcohol its origins and how to mix them in cocktails-Took a training for 1 week on the importance of the InterContinental Breakfast experience and the I-opener-Performed sales calls, sales meetings and sales blitz during my training in the Sales department -Worked on a project of creating new Facebook and Twitter accounts for both InterContinental and Holiday Inn and enhancing the hotel's role in the social media market in Egypt while training in the Marketing and PR department-Had a 1 month Housekeeping training where i passed by order taker,store keeper,lost and found,HK attendant and HK supervisor Show less
