After my full-time year doing my MBA I wanted to broaden my experience outside of IT and the private sector and worked as an independent project manager for this housing NGO, implementing their first Western Cape housing project in Khayelitsha, and then progressively handing over as the Regional office was established. It also gave me the opportunity to brush up on my Matric Xhosa.
