Ensure that target of districts achieved by: - Prioritize regional partners sales achievement to secure 100% of sales target of the district by regular updates of the on-going promos. - Project sales turnover to regional partners to disposed inventory and to ensure new sales order. - Daily monitoring of sales order of each Sales Executive to ensure the sales achievement of each district - Ensure that daily call report of each Sales Executive is meet with positive results. - Coordinate with the distribution department to ensure that sales order is allocated and delivered on a timely basis. - Coordinate with the credit and collection department to ensure that all accounts receivables are collected on a timely basis to avoid blocking of sales order. - Prepare weekly reporting of district sales and report directly to Regional Sales Manager/VP Sales and Marketing - Analyze sales gap to determine which districts needs improvement and implement recovery plan to convert problem into a solution. - Conduct site visit to have other potential source of sales other than trade sales.
