Currently as a team lead, I work with advanced customer issues. These can vary from customer complaints to a major shipping issue. I lead a team of 3 as we work with the customer and the pharmacies to resolve any shipping issues. This required use of the company’s computer systems, telephone skills and working with Microsoft Excel to run daily reports for upper management. I also served as a backup to the call center supervisor. As a CSR I would answer incoming calls from customers and clients as well as making outgoing calls to pharmacy representatives. Resolving the call required basic computer skills with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.

I work for Karen’s Kreations as a part time job. I only take commissions when I have the time to do the work. I cut out and assemble charms for local wineries. These charms help identify the type of wine and the winery itself. Prior to this I worked as a full time employee. I would perform cold call sales to new potential clients and I also was in charge of package shipping. I work for Karen’s Kreations as a part time job. As a customer service representative, I helped customers setup and process their loans. This involved explaining to the customer the rules and regulations for a loan. I also assisted in any clerical duties that would be needed. I performed very well and was put in charge of managing wage garnishment cases. This included filing the legal forms with the county and working with customers to resolve the issue.I became a manager due to my work experience and attitude. As a manager I lead my store to achieve a clear Audit in both 2011 and 2013 in accordance with Illinois State policies. I would make sure all monies were counted down and properly stored in the safe. I continue managing wage garnishment cases and filing the correct legal forms. I set a goal at my store to focus on customer service. I regularly worked with my staff to ensure we were meeting customer service goals and staying current with state law for payday loans.
