I am honored to recommend my good friend and colleague, Marah Metallo. I worked alongside Marah at School Improvement Network for 8 years and probably the best thing I can say about her aside from her great attitude and warm personality is that she has impeccable integrity and incredible work ethic. Marah has a very strong conscience that guides her every day inside and outside of work. You can always find Marah on-task at her desk, diligently tackling the work that has been given to her. It is very important to Marah to put in a very honest days work, always doing what is best for her employer as well as her clients - she is very loyal that way and she is always more than happy to go above an beyond what is asked of her. Perhaps this is why she was promoted so many times during her time at School Improvement Network. I can recall at least 3 times when several departments fought over her because everyone knew she would both enrich their department with her skills, great work, and goodness. She will add true value and dependability wherever she is placed. On top of this value, great work ethic/work, and dependability that Marah has to offer, is Marah’s incredible goodness. Marah understands what it means to be a team player and how to make the workplace more enjoyable to everyone that works with her. She is such a service-oriented individual and is so mindful of others. She has all the intangibles that adds to the richness of the workplace culture/atmosphere. She truly was everybody’s favorite…she had no enemies as she was a true friend and support to everyone she came in contact with, regardless of the department or position. We all felt the impact of her not being there when it was time for her to move on to take on new challenges at another workplace. If you are looking for an honest, dependable employee who will put in more than an honest days work and enrich the workplace experience for everyone in the process, look no further than Marah Metallo. I give her my highest endorsement.
