RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as a business partner for 2 business units (Products and Getaways) and 2 support areas (Legal and IT). My responsibility is to give support to the Managing Directors of each area to understand the business needs, strengths and weaknesses so we could create and implement a personalized HR agenda for the area. The principle focus is to do the performance management of the team, create and follow-up HR KPIs (extra hours, payroll costs, turnover, etc.), understand and follow-up KPIs of the area, support recruitment and guarantee a good onboarding/offboarding processes for our employees.
