To Handle the material Take-off & prepared the detailed Bill of Quantity (BOQ) To Prepare and review the Heat Load Calculation using Carrier E20 - HAP software. To Provide necessary recommendations to the Project Owner and Consultants on the basis of Heat load calculations. To Play a key role in selecting equipment, designing the complete HVAC system, sizing ducts, Chilled water piping & Air Terminals etc. To Assist in finalization of Work Orders for the various Mechanical equipment’s and Materials with Technically and financially competitive suppliers. Material Take-off for Additional variation requests (measurements from plan or site). To develop the project cost reports and also monitored the expenses with suppliers against the budgeted costs. Network with sub-contractors (electrical, Plumbing, Fire fighting) for issues related to pre-qualifications & requesting quotes. Conversant with Plumbing, drainage and Firefighting system (MEP System). To Involve in making conceptual design using single line diagram for Ducts Layouts & Sectional Views, Lead and supervise a team of Draftsmen & Engineers. Show less
