I worked as a part-time English teacher in mixed-abilities and mixed-age groups as my classrooms included students from the age of 8 to 12 years. Throughout the classes my students always had fun with English and get excited to see what I prepared for them which I mostly let them learn what they were interested about and discuss things that we were curious about. Games and activities in classrooms brought me and my students came closer and engaged more as a teacher and students. Those could make changes and break the shy barriers between my students and their classmates. I always managed to have some time for art classes with my students as English lessons were long and not very challenging from time to time. Most young students always had a feeling of boredom. I gave them papers to draw what they wished to. The result surprised me that they loved and relaxed more at the end of the class. Show less

In the year of 2019, I participated as a player in Women Acid-Base team, in which held in Malaysia. My teammates and I were seated in a gigantic auditorium full of computers, ready to compete for Lao PDR in the World E-Sports games. We were much younger than the other teams, and our palms were sweaty as we got our computers booted up for the looming match against Indonesia. Unfortunately, we could not make it to the victory for all the matches; however, I strongly believe that Lao E-Sport games will develop and attract young and responsible youth to make Laos be on the world competition stage.
