  As I step higher on the ladder, more responsibilities have come my way, allowing me to practice leadership regularly. Besides doing what I use to do before as a part of the Substance Department of the organisation, I have the opportunity to manage my juniors and help them achieve their goals as well as finish up targets given by the hierarchy. This promotion means more exposure to amazing growth hotspots, leading to perpetual workplace learning.

  Perks+Responsibilities have come my way with this promotion. I am now in the senior strata of the organisation and this means double the responsibilities. Besides continuing to do what I did as a volunteer in the organisation, I now have leadership responsibilities as well. Being close to errorless in order to set an example for the juniors has become a pre-requisite, therefore, I need to put my best foot forward in order to do my job in the right way. It is a beautiful congregation of fresh minds that have the potential to cause a massive impact on the world. It is a privilege to have the power to connect with them all and together impact lives through our student conferences not only in India but also the world. I have gained a lot of insight since my joining and hopeful of seeking more and more with my time here.
