Built as a performance oriented rich internet application, the user interface was developed in javascript, using the Dojo toolkit which communicated to the Java-based REST service layer via ajax requests. This application was shipped in 2009 as part of Lotus Connections 2.5.• Personally implemented large portions of the Lotus Connections Files UI using the Dojo toolkit. Features like recommendations, sharing and comments bolstered the social nature of the product.• Implemented API features and unit tests for Lotus Quickr and Lotus Connections using REST, RSS, ATOM and JSON standards.
