  Project: Constanta Port Northern Breakwater ExtensionThe completion of the offshore breakwater aims to expand the existing breakwater by 1.05 km, in water 26 meters deep, a fact that will improve the exploitation conditions and the safety of the vessels entering the Port of Constanta (the biggest Romanian port along the Black Sea). Plan, schedule and supervise the daily works :- a total of more than 3 million tons of stone, different diameters was stocked, load and transport to offshore site. Collaborating with offshore site manager we manage to supply the necessary of rocks by loading from the stock in to side-stone dumping vessels and send it to the breakwater.I was responsible for all operations starting with purses order to the rock suppliers, building stock pile (up to 40 m high ) of rocks, and shipping to the breakwater using excavators (6 to 8 / shift), dumpers (8-10 / shift), front loaders (4-6 / shift) and man power ( 60 -100 / shift).For the slopes of the breakwater we have to produce 16189 units of concrete ACCROPODE II (3 MC, 9 MC and 12 MC), using 192 steel molds, up to 900 MC per day fresh concrete. The production of an ACCROPODE II unit consists of preparation and assembly of form-work, supply of concrete, pouring and vibrating the concrete in the form-work, striking the molds and curing of the concrete. I was responsible for the operation of all fabrication works, that all activities are carried out in a safe and controlled manner in accordance with the safe working procedures, inspection and testing, managing the work progress and help when needed
