  The company built a Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Desalination Plant able to produce 3500 m3/d in ASRY (Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard). The first phase of the role was the construction element: this entailed the management of electrical, chemical and instrumentation installation, as well as the development of the construction schedule, task assignment and hydraulic assembly .After the construction process, my second focus was on commissioning the plant. I managed the verification of valve signals and pumps direction of rotation, pipes cleaning, pumps priming, placing membranes, limit switch and chemical dosing adjustment (according to SDI, free chlorine total chlorine and turbidity values). These processes were either completed independently, or supported by a team of seven local members of staff, in which instances I assigned and managed their responsibilities.
