      These nanosatellites follow the 6U CubeSat standard and allocate three payloads: a SDR to perform IOT tasks, an ADS-B receiver, and multi-channel imagery payload. As responsible, co-worker and leader of a great team my main tasks cover the complete design, integration and operation life cycle of the satellite:Project Management, Risk Analysis, Mission Requirements, Mission Analysis, Design and Budgets, Platform System Architecture, Payloads System Architecture, CONOPS, Components Acceptance Tests, System Acceptance Tests, System end-to-end test, Procurement, Ground Segment Requirements, Launch Management.- Co-Project Management of the first 6U nanosatellite project: the first 6U nanosatellite was designed with the collaboration of a high qualified space research entity (CINAE). The project was co-managed, and activities shared. As the Aistech 6U nanosatellite leader I was responsible of this co-management, hence, participating in weekly meeting, and stablishing and fostering the adequate communication and work environment to achieve the highest level of success in the project.
