Manuel is an awesome guy. We were both managing a team at Adobe for Advertising Cloud. Although both teams had different objectives that were sometimes the opposite of each other. I always liked how Manuel approached handled this and how we cooperated together to get the maximum result for Adobe. Besides that he is a great people manager, strong negotiator and always keep it cool when things get tough. Has a great network in and outside of DACH. If your company is in search for a leader that makes your people and company win more, Manual is your guy. I would work with him again in the future if I had the change.
