It came in multiple forms: article sharing, open discussions, one-on-one pair-programing, or team-wide mob-programing. - I prepared training material and gave training sessions, in the form of presentations and interactive coding dojos. - I worked on large-scale architectural redesign projects, to overall modernize the system and to favor selected sets of properties, such as modifiability, availability, resilience, performance, and testability. I drafted target architectures, and came up with step-by-step migration plans. I worked hand in hand with impacted development teams, and acted as a positive leading force on those projects. - I described the architectural vision, principles, and guidelines which drove the evolution of the system in the long run. I acted as an evangelist to spread knowledge and promote adoption of topics such as reactive architecture, cell-based architecture, Domain Driven Design, and CQRS. The technologies involved were mostly .NET, AWS, and React. Show less
